7”x12” metalworker wiring diagram needed

Good morning!

I have recently acquired an older 7”x12” metalworker that had the wires from the motor to the control board disconnected(clipped) and it is not clear what they actually attach to - I’m probably missing something simple but I don’t want to blow anything up so I am looking for a wiring diagram for it - all other wires were numbered as to where they went. Pictures of lathe and wiring panel included for reference

Also, it’s possible there’s a reason that the wires were clipped, so proceed with caution.
