This is the floating end of the spindle shaft from my 8x30 Taiwan mill (everything seems to be metric).

I want to 3D print an adapter (to 3/8" square socket) so I can measure torque when adjusting the angular bearing thrust.

If I can ID the shaft I can probably find a 3D model of the mating bushing (the part I need for my 3D print)

First step is to ID the shaft type, I know very little about splined shafts.

O.S Flat to flat is about 27.8mm, smaller flat to flat is 23mm, width of spline is 6mm, so I think it might be referred to as a 28x23 x6

Anyone?
