For sale is a frankstein drill press for fixing-up or parts.
Its a BusyBee CX610 from the pillar down, with a Delta head
What is wrong with it? The head is abused - it works as-is, but the motor pulley is welded to the motor (wasn't me!) and the pulleys aren't properly aligned to get the right speeds.
The quill handle - well the picture tells the story there (again not me), and there is some slop in the quill shaft in the head (vertical movement).
None of that stops the press from being used, I just didn't like it. Also could benefit from a proper start / stop switch.
More seriously affecting immediate use except for really big items that sit on the base - the table arm is broken.
Needs the table arm rebuilt from scratch or bought from Busybee for $49.99 (response from BusyBee parts support):
