Wow! Listed for 11 minutes and I got it! Thanks to the kind gentleman who sold it to me!
The appropriate pieces move as they should. The main vertical casting has cracks on either side of the web and may have to be replaced otherwise it is in great shape.

It is 11" tall and has a 6" flywheel.

To me it looks like a slightly smaller version of a Stuart #1. Recall reading there were numerous Stuart models over the years that aren’t in production anymore. Maybe the OP’s was made from one of their designs.

This was built in 1906 according to the casting.

There are not many people with names that match "H. Hinde" in North America on Ancestry who would have been about the right age to build an engine in 1906. Should be possible to nail it down. Two possibles: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/145894522/herbert-hinde and a Harry H. Hinde born 1865 and died in 1942.
