    Yes the translation is pretty rough pretty sure it is translated from Chinese I have some Mazak documentation from the 70's that would give you a good laugh.

    The Diamond wheels are about the only thing that will touch a PCD insert. I tried it on an older grinder and found the wheel would climb rather than cut and had to put some down pressure on it. the results were less than optimal. here is a link I had in my bookmarks...
