I don't think it'd be a problem at her school for THAT reason, but she doesn't need to be running around with a sharp spike sticking in her hair next to the base of her skull either....She's a kid. Kids do kid things. Save it for special occasions, where doing impromptu cartwheels isn't a...

    Metal finishes

Looks wise I think it would look great. Perhaps even better (I'm not a bright chrome fan) but not sure it would stand up the same in the corrosion dept.

Played around bit with some precision brand blackening liquid on the 3 different spots, plus bare steel. Interesting difference. I wonder what it would look like if I scrubbed the surface a bit.... Now the Copper. I think I've got enough to work with here....I like the possibilities...

Thanks. I'm a fan of Preso's work/channel. Some good videos in that playlist. Electro plating is on my list of things to try, especially when I get back into the golf club stuff.

Welcome to Westwood Metalworks, What is he building in there?

Oh, and it's MESSY. When I started this design way back when, one of the core concepts I wanted to adhere to was built in dust collection from the beginning. Not an afterthought add on, like all the others, but something integral to the design from the start. In my evolutions of the model I...

Welcome to Westwood Metalworks, What is he building in there?

Thanks. I completely understand finding the time for stuff. I started making actual parts for this back in late December/early January, with a few side quests here and there, but it's been pretty much my main shop project since. Didn't touch it at pretty much all for March (working) and...
