Tips/Techniques Wall covering in garage shop.

What's an ideal wall covering in the shop. My two cement walls, which are like basement walls will have studs installed this summer. Once insulated and covered with vapour barrier I'm now wondering if I should just drywall or use chip board or plywood. And if plywood or chipboard how thick...

    Rusty MIG wire

Now that I know about keeping 3D printing filament dry I probably would have put these reels in plastic along with some desiccant. But years ago I didn't know any better. Is this stuff scrap? Or do I try unwinding until I find the shiny stuff again?

Funny dot on Windows 10 user icon

I have this little brown dot when I click on the start button. Googling this says it's something to do with one-drive except I don't have one-drive on this laptop. When I click on the icon to sign out or sleep the screen just goes back to the regular background. Click on the start button...

    How are work offsets calculated

I'm having trouble getting my head around how the various CNC systems deal with the work offsets. When I home the mill the knee goes all the way down to the home switch. At this point there is 12.704" between the table the bottom of the quill. The machine Z coordinate value is 0.000" If I...
