    Heli-Coil tap size for 1/2-13

Give me an hour or 3 and I'll check when I get home - that may be the one size that I have a heli-coil tap and inserts for (or its metric 12mm).

    Repair a gib?

+1 on washer, it can even be unsymmetrical to catch more of the gib while still fitting in the pocket for the screw.

    New Bambu

Not kidding, its not April 1 yet. I know someone who is excited to get it, but he runs a side business of 3D printing things... Dual head means a fair amount of time saving and waste material saving for prints that use 2 different colours or support material - so for a business guy, more...

    Repair a gib?

Just trim it, and maybe make a better fitting screw that doesn't deflect so much. That seems to me to be the path of least resistance

    Tool Inexpensive demagnetizers?

I don't know, but might be worth a shot building the dirt simple spinny type previously shown mounted on a cordless drill and trying to demag your table with it just by passing it over the surface in a pattern. When you select the pocket, are the red arrows inside or outside the pocket? I cheated and opened the file "Intro to 2D Machining_Complete v1" and looked at what was in there. Thanks for reminding me there are tutorials for Fusion baked in. I really should look at them rather than blindly...

Rongfu round column mill VFD install.

You should be able to ensure the VFD doesn't restart after a power outage (or any fault). Look at the user manual, and adjust the "ATR" functions value to "no". (pg 62 of the pdf linked below)...

    How are work offsets calculated

Are you adding the Tool Length Offset (G43 H#) to your tool change? A tool change line should be something like T5 G43 H5 M6 where the tool is #5, and it is going to use tool length offset of tool #5 (G43 H5)

    Pictures

I don't know squat about web pages. However, I can click buttons. Right click on the image in my browser and select "Inspect". Pulls up all sorts of web related stuff including errors that the page is experiencing. Forgive me if this have been done already. Is there any support from XenForo

Tips/Techniques Making the Square Drive hole in a custom socket.

Honestly this looks a bit like how the one in the picture is made. I'd grab a spare impact socket (not plated) and use that as the drive end, and the pipe end is simple turn and slot. Now if you want to use the shaper, then go ahead no reason not to, just more work but a good learning opportunity.
