New Tool Review Forum - Food For Thought ?

Would be my pleasure. Happy that there is a local group like this. I travel a fair bit on business, but whenever I'm home totally up to meet up if you like and tell you what the school of hard knocks has taught me.

New Tool Review Forum - Food For Thought ?

If you guys decide to solicit advertisers, I'd be happy to offer my insights into doing this. I own and have been running an online magazine and user community in high end architectural 3d computer graphics since 2001. The site has around 90K subscriber and 1.3M unique visits a year. Is my Lathe Three Phase?

Took a reading off the back of the direction switch and got 112V AC. I can't get to the motor as it's almost completely encased in the metal shroud and I'd have to move and lift my lathe off the table to do that. I'll need to do that soon enough as as I have to put leveling feet on my stand...

    Is my Lathe Three Phase?

    Oil Source

Group Buy - Way Oil and Cutting Oil

Is there much of a difference between that Ridgid cutting oil and the Tap Magic Xtra thick? (https://www.kbctools.ca/default.aspx?page=item detail&itemcode=1-444-70016T) I was going to place my order tomorrow morning at KBC for a TON (Well 187 lbs of tooling and instruments) including the Xtra...

    Is my Lathe Three Phase?

The only label I can see, without taking the entire machine apart, on my motor is 110-64T2/10120003

    Is my Lathe Three Phase?

So without ripping my entire machine apart and tracing circuit paths, I think I'm going go the new label route LOL. Did some wire tracing off the back of the Change over switch and it does not even match my schematics!
