    Happy Fathers Day

I think the true Father's Day gift is all the memories of raising the kids, I just really embraced and enjoyed it. Payback now is the constant good news they convey when they call to give updates with their lives. My wife also contributed in many ways I could not have imagined.

    Physical activities…..

Both my grandparents lived to almost 100, 99 and 95 and they ate similar diet except lots of veggies from their garden. They lived in their home to the end. My grandfather was riding his bike at 97. I think that ultra processed food is a killer, combine that with no exercise and deduct 20-30...

    I thought this was neat

Excellent! The good car restorers/fabricators are really impressive. At one point I was having an old car restored, the body was really decent but they found this one obscure piece of sheet metal under the hood with several bends and funny angles that was badly rusted. They just recreated that...

    Drilling with the cross slide

MT drill holder arrived. The fit is perfect and the tang locks in nicely. Have not had a chance to try it yet but will post when I find the time. At least 13 items on today's to-do list so might be a while.

    DavidR8's shop shenanigans

Interesting video. Looks like the guy has done this countless times. Interesting that the only thing he uses a torque wrench on is the wheel studs. I'm fanatical about using a torque wrench for flywheel and pressure plates, etc. Replaced the flywheel as well and the new flywheel is interesting...
