Practical VFD use for VFD newbies

The advice I would offer is depending on how much your investing in a VFD you might want to make sure it is well supported with basic replacement parts. Likely the first thing to go will be the cooling fan. Should be an easily attainable and affordable part. While working as a maintenance...

    Car designs suck

Right and but how far from zero is it to produce a battery? This is what most of us don't know because the finished product is made in a country where supposedly the environmental impact is not as much of a concern as it would be here. If North America could produce its own battery, start to...

    Car designs suck

Are you coming from the point of view that if we could see up close and personal all the steps to get to the end goal, producing a battery for an EV, it would become obvious that we haven't improved our environmental impact? That's what I am wondering. The end product, a battery for an...

    Really ?

Hold on there pardner. If I can't own a vehicle for dropping my kids off at soccer practice before going to Yoga while the whole time talking to Becky about what happened on The Bachelor last night with my hands-free cellular (take a breath...) that isn't equipped with heated seats, a heated...

    Really ?

In the example I gave I was told that the issue with the system failure was software related and that an OS upgrade was needed. The company that supported the system was using an older version of CentOS. I use Linux software that fails to work properly, if it all, at times. Sometimes the...
