How to clean inside a cylinder

Hot soapy water and an ultrasonic cleaner, then one if these: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/wire-brushes/wire-brushes-3~/brushes-with-shank-for-closed-end-holes-7/

    Physical activities…..

The assembled Bush Hog / Tractor combination needs to thermal soak overnight to release any mechanical stress. Wouldn’t want to risk the PTO shaft cracking like a Crane toilet.

    Physical activities…..

Luddite Life. Walk instead of drive when possible. File instead of belt sander. 1906 post drill rather than electric drill press. Ratchet pipe threader not power drive. Dog gets multiple sniff-around-the-block excursions every day.

    Terrible QC - Toilet Edition

I used to work for Crane. Our toilets were made in a piecework factory, with a union workforce, who knew the plant was going to close and they’d all be out of work. So no QA at all. Weiss VM32 CNC Conversion

And if you don’t already have one, get one of these: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0CRYJLG5W?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Slicker than whale poop on an ice floe. No shorts or loose bits of wire and...

    Really ?

We’ve had automobiles for around 125 years. So a century+ of damages, injuries, and deaths caused by a simple mechanical issue common to every motor vehicle I’ve ever driven - the brake pedal is closer to your foot than the accelerator pedal. That old guy that plows through your fence and into...

    New tracking at Amazon

Kind of Big Brother-ish, but convenient. And think about the driver - they get tracked every second they're working.

    Really ?

Since I used to work for the company that makes the SquareFit tubing with holes, and the rivets that attach the signs to the tubing, I wholly support any and all sign installations. More signs = more sales = more employment.
