  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. Clarkson end mill holder

Not sure I can even buy a replacement collet at any price. Seems to me this is old technology and the stuff is now hard to find. Seems to me it's largely been replaced by the ER collet system.

    Clarkson end mill holder

It's a used set from England. It's labelled/engraved 1/4 inch so can't be a metric mixup. I'm pretty sure it's just been mistreated. Tools and Machinery Raffle

I bet a lot of us are getting old and its a necessary discussion. Its all about the heirs. I know my wife is concerned about the heavy machinery and how she would deal with it. The only thing that comes to my mind is if CHMW had its own HiBid auction house for members and possibly other local...

Tool Vevor Drill Bit Sharpener Improved

Yes but the degree of shrinkage probably is dependant on many variables like the degree of infill so may be very difficult if not impossible to predict precisely. By the way how much infill is being used on these parts? I used to use 100% on my machine parts.
