Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year.     I would second the crosscut sled. Lee Valley has some very good runners made out of aluminum with adjusters, or you could make some with plastic set screws for adjustment. I find the hardwood runners can be a bit fiddly. Always ensure the piece you are cutting is much longer than it is wide...
