    Miller 180 Autoset

My son did a couple of jeeps with it, but he had to use flux core . I wouldn't let him use up my gas. I done some with .023 , too. I have a #200 spool gun , it plugs in on the X. They were reasonable when they came out. Anything under 1/8" takes a gentle touch .

    Miller 180 Autoset

The ground cable is what came with it. I installed a better clamp, though. It's not really a machine for sheet metal. They say the later ones in the 250 series will now spray weld. I've never done that or even seen it. At work it was always just stick. I have a Magnum Wave 200 TIG/stick. You can...

    Miller 180 Autoset

There is a hack from MIller that tames it, but that involves wiring in some electronics. I read about it on the Miller forum. I don't do electronics. They designed an"Easy Start". Opps. By the 251 they had the bugs worked out.

The hypocrisy and unfairness in schooling

My brother's cousin-in-law did just that, he used a knife to kill a grizzly. He was a big strong longshoreman but he didn't escape hospital time. A cool thing, my brother's neighbour made the knife.

    Ammco 6" Metal shaper

Certainly, there is a lot of force. Besides being much huskier than a couple of the small hold down bolts, it gives the vise a pivot with out adding to the height and thus the leverage. Smart.

The hypocrisy and unfairness in schooling

One of the things about getting old, you can be honest about yourself, it simply doesn't matter anymore.

    Ammco 6" Metal shaper

I bought a sorta 4" vise like object from BusyBee on sale for my drill press, it was too big, so I put aside. When I really looked at for my shaper , it was way out. It had been made on a shaper in China.
