Today's Project - making washers from Pennies

Pennies may be out of circulation but still have their uses. I have about 10 pounds of them. They are great for spreading around you metal detector competitions yard to keep them busy.

    Playing around with Fusion 360

That looks like more than I want to get into. Here is what you have to fill in when using FM Gears. A module in Fusion 360.

    Playing around with Fusion 360

The tree on the left immediately got enormous and lots of parts still had to be added. Now I make a folder then individually model the components...

Tips/Techniques Using a piece of wood to begin squaring up stock on a Mill

Doing it the normal way for me is to use a ball bearing. I get them from airplane propellers so they are abundant and free for me. Second way is to use nothing. Use a piece of metal that is a little bigger than you need. Put it in the vise on parallels with the minimum amount you need to hold...

    Other Joe Pie ?

Interesting that you mention political content. I have been getting a lot of that suggested to me on Youtube lately. I would rather see Joe Pie videos about how to set up accurate internal tapers.

I'm not familiar with CNC11 but with CNC12 it automatically generates a weekly report. You should be able to get all the information you need from the report to configure CNC12.
