  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area.     Yarmouth. Western end of the province for those who don't know. If I drove inland 15 minutes it would be much hotter. What was odd yesterday was the humidity. I opened my toolbox in the shop and the tools were dripping wet. Like they had been sprayed with a hose. I had to run the dehumidifier...

    It's actually more like 40 volts. I did read once where for trades anything under 50 volts is considered safe.

    Harrison M300 Taper Attachment

    No just attach and use. If you ever need to order parts keep in mind that the saddle is non standard now. There is a special part in there so it moves to accommodate the taper attachment. I think it's described in the manual.
