Tools you waited too long to acquire

Yep I got the real McCoy - they arrived today. By getting a few 100 then the delivered & taxes in cost is 3 cents each. They go on/off easily on the larger magnet and are also a tight fit (magnet with blue handle) - so IMO they are just a bit better than my salvaged glove finger. The cots are...

Tools you waited too long to acquire

I’ve been using (for years) mechanic gloves like the the ones I just ordered today: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0D3SFF6XN/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2PFMNRJLMA93V&psc=1 I liked ChazzC’s suggestion to use a finger cots on a magnetic pickup tool to easily manage the swarf. Thanks for that...

Should have...

    Plasma cutter for under $300!!

1 - Dry air: I never ran mine without a filter/dryer so I can't comment like Dan did. A good one is not cheap. I got the Motorguard 28 kit (it is recommended that air be clean AND dry). The last time I looked at the filter it appeared to be ok so I have not changed the original one. Here's a...

    Plasma cutter for under $300!!

Well, IMO: if you can plasma cut then you can MIG weld If you can MIG weld then you plasma cut Then MIGing together a 911 plasma table so you that you can plasma cut is starting to sound like which came first: the family with a ton of kids or the mini van?
