Hi do you have a tip how to expand a stainless steel pipe

Have you checked out Powermaster Industrial Supplies ? They would be the closest to you I would think. You will find what you need, they are a great to deal with (613) 764-0572 in Casselman, On I would assume that to be 316SS pipe with the higher nickel content over the 304SS for your application?

    Tool Face Mill recommendations please

You have a much better set-up here. Although, I myself, don't like anything to sit on the bottom of the vice when machining. Especially aluminum bar stock , HRS, etc. I prefer things up on parallels in a vice. This will help eliminate vibration when things aren't squared up., then of course...

Product Feeds and Speeds is there a free no license PC program?

You won't find any feed, speed charts or software's that will nail down what you should be using on your mill at this time unfortunately. Certainly not using a 2" indexable facemill plowing through interrupted cuts on your mill with 1.5HP using deep dished inserts in any type of material ...

    Tool Face Mill recommendations please

I agree with @Stellrammer, You can push that cutter as fast as you like with those inserts, then feed it as fast as your power feed will take it if you want to run with coolant. Just don't try them inserts on any types of steels. With your mill, I would keep that cutter in around the 900 RPM...

    Tool Face Mill recommendations please

I think those inserts are more for finishing, not really designed for interrupted cuts either IMO. However, they can be made to work with light cuts. What RPM were you using @.02 DOC? I'm thinking in around the 350-400 range would work @.02 DOC with those inserts through interruptions such as...

Metal working - dry / lubricants / coatings / cooling mist

I wouldn't recommend mist or the use of a spray bottle with coolant for cooling carbide after machining dry to cool the cutter or inserts.
