    Accusize heads up & amazon

Luckily, I can just go to their office in Markham and inspect the items before I pay. Still got hosed on the drill chuck though, I'll use it up to 1/4" bits, anything bigger the chuck will slip.

    QCTP boring bar holder modification

Nice job on the adapter. I have the same qctp and the provided sleeve on mine will not grab a 5/8" bar tight enough. I use mine for 3/4 bars and when I have 1/2" bars I just use the holder with the v-groove.

    Quick Change Tool Post QCTP

I power tapped on my milling machine, hit the power on off real quick. I only have forward so I reverse by hand. Spiral point tap since the hole is actually a through hole into the main hole.. The nut is 12l14, didn't use any tapping fluid.

    Quick Change Tool Post QCTP

I have the axa toolpost fom accusize and it's fine for my purposes. I had to modify my compound, didn't have a mill at the time, I really should have just filed off the small amount. You really shouldn't use a drill press as a mill. I made a new locknut for it. Then I needed a tool holder...
