  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. Mazda 6 doesn't like Canadian winters

Fair enough. But shouldn't there be a gradual degradation in starting even during the summer months when starting is consistent? This will be the 3rd winter with the cold start issue. With my truck the "starts" seemed to get a little tougher every couple of days. Finally it became obvious...

If it's the battery it will be the third replacement since he got the car. Replaced the original with a COSTCO and replaced the COSTCO with a battery from Canadian Energy. Not an expert on testing batteries but I think at this point I have enough knowledge and test equipment to verify the...

    YouTube $$

I hear what you're saying but sometimes talking to the people who work for these big companies is an even worse option. For example, I won an auction on eBay.com but the seller did not ship the item. Fortunately, I used PayPal and the money was being held in limbo waiting for the seller to...

    Battleship machine shop

Enjoyed that! Gotta love the broken down machinery that has become a "work bench". I think every professional shop that has some years behind it has at least one tool that at some point becomes a cast iron work bench. At the 23 min mark I spotted a hand powered mitre box saw on the floor that...
