The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Other Nitrile glove alternatives for allergy/sensitive skin?

Quick update on gloves: I bought these ones off amazon mid-march and have been using them exclusively so far. No rashes as of yet, and with how warm it is getting I am sweating much more than I did in the winter...

Brown&Sharp No2 surface grinder any good?

I know nothing about surface grinders, but just a comment about the motor replacement; Does it need replacement because it is shot, or because you don't have a 3 phase power source? Students need to borrow a 110V capable, DC TIG welder.

Thanks for the welder Tom! They did end up using it so you saved their butts! Of the 85 teams attending, they were on track to finish 15th I believe, but the student machined gearbox blew up towards the end of the endurance race LOL, so they missed out a few laps. The endurance race score is...
