    Tips/Techniques Urban and traffic planning

Not all the time, it’s very dependent on the traffic volumes. If the traffic volumes are not balanced then the people on the low traffic volume legs can sit there quite a while. That’s not been our experience in Manitoba. I think it would be fair to say that roundabouts are between three and...

Did you try rebooting your computer?

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one that’s having this problem (or should I say it sucks that two of us are having this problem…) I’ve tried what they recommend and it hasn’t helped: File stuck in upload queue in Fusion I even uninstalled and re-installed Fusion… I should check the forums...

Tonight was a perfect autumn evening, but bad for pics

13’, thats one big mirror… I purchased a 10” Celestron StarSense Explorer Dobsonian last fall. I haven’t used it very much since I don’t tend to stay up too late and am either tired from work or projects… and on the nights where I’m not tired it’s been cloudy (or I forgot to think about...

Boring small holes in drop forged wrenches.

I was able to drill some holes in Princess Auto wrenches to use them for drawer pulls. The trick seemed to be making sure that the drill never slipped, as soon as it did the metal looked like it work hardened and then the drill bit would be destroyed. I did try putting them in the barbeque and...

Shop Microwave metal casting - some of the best videos I've seen

And if you’re quick enough you can get the tongs, meat mallet and microwave back into the kitchen before your girlfriend notices they’re gone… Sketchy even by my lax standards.

    Crack in Air Compressor tank…

I ended up buying a baby Makita compressor. So far it hasn’t been an issue- especially since most tools are going battery powered.
