    I counted my strokes per minute. I got exactly 70 which is what the manual says it should be. The belts are at the second lowest speed and the pulley on the motor is a 2" pulley. That tells me that it was intended to be used with a 2". In a way, that's too bad. I had hoped to get a link belt...

    It's a common problem. I rigged my engine lift up so I can lift from the top of the beam and don't need all the underslung links, hooks, swivels. This bought me about a foot. Maybe that's not enough either though.....

    Thanks for the reminder Craig. I still didn't get springs for my Gerardi vise. It just fell off of my ToDo list and my radar. I don't suppose I could trouble you for the specs again? Hopefully you keep your records better than I keep mine........ PS - I just added it to my shop projects list.
