Yes, I've got a few of the Pica brand ones in the marking drawer of my box at work. Don't use them every day, but when you need them...

    Tool Inexpensive demagnetizers?

If you're ever at the Cotton Factory and he's around, give Shao Pin Chu a shout, he's a jeweller in there. I did a workshop with him before doing goldsmithing at George Brown College, in... maybe 2001-2? I've bought a bunch of tools from him, over the years, as well. Just tell him Stuart sent...

Making metal cones for antique Scottish sporrans

Alright. I've gone back and forth on this but after getting the photos to open on my computer, rather than a phone (Open in New Tab works, on Firefox, for whatever reason), here's my take: I think the originals are cast/formed flat in wax, investment cast flat in metal, then formed into cones...

    2 hp knee mill price

I think David might mean the XLO mill I just pointed out, for $625. Broadly, I would say you can get a full-sized mill (Bridgeport etc.) in Ontario for $3000 at any time. $2000 is not at all uncommon, but could be harder to land with time differences, if you're in a hurry, etc. Sub $1500...
