Full Hobby Machine Shop. Selling only as package deal. $10,000 - Whitby ON

That’s my thoughts exactly when there are zero chips or oil on any machine. I try to keep my stuff clean…. But there are still many many tiny chips and a coat of cutting oil that a casual wipe/blowdown doesn’t get. My lathe is almost brand new and I think I’ve emptied the chip pan twice already…..

In our defence, you don’t have to try really hard at all to make em smoke, and any sort of tune makes them faster then most vehicles by quite a bit. Please don’t raise my diesel prices

The QE2 between Calgary and Edmonton has a posted speed limit of 110. I doubt a cop would pull you over for any less than 135.

I was going what the truck said was 100. DB says it’s closer to 96 though. In Alberta highway speed limit on a double lane is 110. Everyone typically goes about 120. So me at 96 is significantly slower then traffic at 120. I know you easterners like the 90 speed limit.

Youde rather we would have tipped it over or lost the tailstock for a little excitement? In my eyes an uneventful and speedy lathe delivery is the best kind!

Lathe was delivered successfully. As well as the tailstock. @JustaDB is still probably ogling it, trying to get his old lady to come have a look. Hopefully he has many years of fun with it yet.
