    Most likely your valve (outlet from tank) froze or near froze closed, most commonly after a slight over fill as propane expands it cools and freezes blocking flow (laws of expansion). Looks slightly iced over. Its happened to me even in warmer conditions (relatively speaking). Check this area...

    Soft pad between surface of plate, hard protect on top. I clean mine with Ammonia prior to each use (little dab and towel) is all thats needed as it removes dust and any other oil or contaminants that migrate to the surface. Final clean is with your hand as they have just enough oil to pick up...

    The reason some thread pitches let you use all locations, some locations or just one is simple. As mentioned by @RobinHood syncing the rotation and feed to engage at the same location every time. This is why some don't even disengage the threading level until the thread is completed...

    G3616 Conversion.

    Well the first ballscrew has been installed and it needs more support. I'm surprised at how much I can flex a short piece of 1/2" thick 6061 with a ballscrew. Currently this is causing the most inaccuracy.

    I started with one of those plates years ago about $20-25 in those days on sale. Now I have a 2ft x 3ft plate which I got from a retiring friend machinist.
