    Deep down I knew a 4x6 horizontal saw wasn’t going to be adequate but I bought one anyway. Fast forward 2 years and I found someone to buy it and bought a 7x12. MUCH better!

    I’ve had good luck using a green stone on my grinder. I read everywhere to wear a mask when grinding carbide!

    Greetings all, I’ve been a “home shop machinist” for some 25 years, starting at a Lethbridge auction where there were a couple of Southbend 10k lathes for sale and my hand went up all by itself. The start of a huge downhill slide, but lots of fun! I’m hoping to learn lots from member posts...
