New Feature STL and DXF files are now supported

Did you mean to say STL & DXF? Or STP which I have seen as both as STP & STEP?

When you say 'attach a photo that you then insert a thumbnail in the body of the post' I'm confused. - I have used the Attach Files button. That automatically attaches thumbnail, does it not? - If I just paste an image into body of text, I don't see any option to make it a thumbnail for...

CA-BC Amazon.ca vs direct from Accusize?

I have. A few times, actually. In those cases clearly a case of bad quality, way outside the suggested specs. CBN Grit Sizes for Lathe Tool Bits ?

That's a great question, watching to see answers. All I know is I have seen some spectacular finishes on (albeit conventional wheels) of #60 which my woodworking brain says way too coarse. Obviously more to it than that. Metal grinding is just different. Just curious if you don't mind, what...

Tips/Techniques Drill/Grind small hole in very hard steel

Not everyone is as diligent as @Mcgyver to build their own. I've often wondered if these are any good. A chunk of change to justify for the odd emergency. But I would think this would be a common tool in any machine shop. $50/burn would payout in 19 jobs & save a lot of carbide drilling R&D
