    Every fab shop on earth has one of these. If you can’t find one, give me a dimension and I’ll cut you a few squares of EPDM gasket material and mail them to you. Buddy of mine owns the largest gasket importer in BC.

    Agreed. But in my shop, they last a couple of years before I'm annoyed enough to replace them. Small, low HP machines and mostly work in aluminum or cast iron, so soft or fine swarf. YMMV.     Will this switch work?

    Switch will work but not the way you have it wired. Capacitor goes to blue and black, connecting blue or black to line with the other wire open reverses the motor. Centre-Off SPDT or DPDT switch will work just fine. (Green isn't ground, but it's impossible to draw a white wire.
