Ya I just put my company name in for the shipping and pay with credit card I haven't had a problem with them not shipping to me the only time they wouldn't is when I tried ordering aluiminum they won't send it over the boarder.

Nice job. Glad you got your lathe leveled out again that one of the worse feeling after your done the job and figure that out but looks like you handled it properly and with a steel insert it's going to work better and having just aluminum.

Hi jyman myself personally I would build them out of steel over cast cause they are going to be smaller gears and your not quite sure what the torque is going to be which is going to be pretty high if the gears are going straight setup to the bead roller shafts. How are you turning it by hand...
The aluminum wasn't to bad about $70.00 for all the aluminum and I went with aluminium over steel for the fact that it just easier when your machining something and you break through the part you just going into aluminum instead of steel and the weight is better. It doesn't matter what you make...
