  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

Omg. Unicorn in what looks like perfect condition and it has the working monitor which are super rare. He even has the manuals and what look to be the programming disks.

    Got an old unnamed lathe

Not sure what it is. It is for sure missing some parts from the look of it. But everything is relative. If you think it has use, use it, if you think it’s worth restoring, restore it. One idea is you could convert it to an Els with a small stepper motor setup and use it for threading.

Schematics and Circuit Board layout with Fusion 360

E117-01 are the boards I got made. As for esp32's people can buy them directly from Yurhi and they come programmed. I am looking at getting some 38 pin esp32's off amazon, and then will compare the pinout's to the ones needed for the boards. When I get them I will post if they will work or...

Schematics and Circuit Board layout with Fusion 360

There are some ways around the different esp32 boards but they can get messy. I have used 24awg wire and wired pin to pin to make a board fit. It’s not pretty but does work, the hardest part really is programming the esp32 the rest is just soldering wires.

    Pennsylvania A3 Switcher Errata

Love your channel Quinn. You’re one of the reasons I got back in to machining. I like that you show your mistakes, which helps the novice machinist like myself avoid doing them. Watching the building of the A3 switcher has been great. My favourite build so far might be a minor one, but very...
