    Best is plastic weld. Can be done with a soldering gun and a flat tip. Another way is to use fusor 142 adhesive and the mesh drywall tape. Taper back your edges on both sides.     That is a primer sealer. Very little fill quality. This is the stuff. It's not an epoxy base. You don't really need epoxy if not out in weather. 2k urethane primer surface is all you need.
