Hey thank you soo much!!
I've always loved to draw and I wish I'd taken a more artistic path in life but whatever thats what hobbies are for right hehehe
Im thinking I'll use solid rivets as they just look cooler in my minds eye but I've never actually used them aside from when I was at sait...
@Galoot
Hey sorry it took so long. Busy days these are but I got a few shots of some of the little boxes and such that I've made.
Let me know if you think I can help you out with yours
I don't have any pics on here but when I get home later I will take a few snap shots of what I've got around there.
If you can find a little spot welder for your shop that would be a huge help for these sorts of things.
I love being able to make something specifically for a certain space...
Welcome aboard good sir!
I've been here a few weeks and it seems the community is full of great people with lots of knowledge to share.
I've been working in a sheet metal shop for a long time now and I've made oodles and oodles of little boxes and all kinds of random things.
I'd be glad to...
Thanks, that's a good idea. I was just going to recycle the guts from the old one and retrofit it into the body of what I make but if the price tag is okay then an inline fan it is
At some point over the last few months I agreed to renovate my mom's kitchen and the time has finally come where she wants to actually do it so here I am avoiding her at all costs haha
Just kidding, it's been a fun project so far... The best part though is that I'm making her a custom range hood...
Oh I'm sure once I've got the space of my own it will be the same story lol. I currently do everything from the shop I work in and that's alright but I'd rather have my own space. Some day I hope.
That's great that your neighbors are so good about it. Doing the snow is a nice way to even it...
Oh that's awesome!
I'm kindof jealous that I don't have a garage or space of my own to get the toys/kids you have.
How heavy a guage does it cut? Does it shake the neighborhood when you cut a heavy piece?
Born n raised here and ive been doing sheet metal for long time ..I do resi sheet metal fab and sell HVAC parts. Here's a few things I've done when I'm bored lol
