No details listed. I have no idea what taper that is (40? 50?), but it’s one of their boring/facing heads. If functional, could be a screaming deal.
A UPA5 should have an interchangeable arbor anyways.
And at that price it sure is a deal! If you have a machine large enough to use it on.
I have been blessed to get my hooks in to a UPA1, as well as a UPA2.
