Since the size is not indicated, nor do is see a QC gear box, or lead screw for threading $2200 is steep. 360volt is a little odd possibly 3 phase

It's a number 3 if that means anything to you. What little research I have done says that they are extremely solid units that take huge cuts without complaining. They were made in North America and are solid as a rock. They look it too. But they are also simple machines that can't do all the fancy stuff. I don't see a compound or threading shaft, but I do see a pretty big robust Cross-Slide that looks like it might even have T-Slots in it.

Lastly, the guy is practically begging for a low ball offer.

Looks and feels like a conversion of a turret lathe. Notice it is not screw cutting lathe. Price is very high considering this is Ontario. I say he will be very lucky to get a 1000 for it.
