That is a good deal. It's all there. I paid $125 USD for a Lufkin off an old Boeing machinist. Expect to tear apart, clean, and calibrate. There is alot of how to on Starretts, there was none on Lufkins. If you have a 12" swing lathe ,you will someday have to measure.
 
This set looks to be in very good condition, and includes the wrenches which can be hard to find (Starrett no longer carries the ones for older 224’s). $150 is a good price, but I would confirm with the Seller that the thimble & spindle work smoothly through the full 1” range.

I picked up an older 224-AA 0-4” set a few years ago at Cabin Fever for $60; the ratchet was damaged but easily replaced:
