Seller has been on Kijiji for 16 years. Not likely to be a scam.

It's also within striking range for me. I'm having problems wrestling with the inner beast. His fangs are chattering...... Gotta be firm.
 
Go for it, remember tools are a tax write off for farmers. :)

I'm careful about what I write off. If I don't actually use it for farm work/repair, I don't claim it. Some things (eg lawntractor) I even claim shared use. I wouldn't claim a mini-lathe.

Besides, I have no surface space for it.
