I’ve had this lathe for 3 or 4 years and have never used it. The lathe is approximately 70 years old, and was manufactured in the 1950’s for the British market. The electric motor is original to the lathe, was manufactured in Holland and still seems to be running well.
This Unimat still retains those items that came standard in the wooden box; a 3 jaw chuck, face plate, lathe dog, 2 dead centres, tool post, Jacobs drill chuck, and a steel column with headstock adapter for changing the configuration of the setup.
Accessories also included are a 4 jaw chuck, 1 live centre, an indexing and dividing attachment with circular table, and a milling table with hold downs.
