Not really, at around $3 per drill bit under 1/2" size this guy is not cheap. His other prices are also in "quite high for ON" category. For example, I sold my reamers at less then 1/3 of his price ... in Alberta.
Looks like someone trying to make some $ on the side, nothing wrong with that but prices are not "cheap" IMHO.
