Looks to be standard threading and is in reality a 13" swing. The cross slide screw is hanging out with no dial or handle and the control panel being out should be questioned. The 4jaw is in the cabinet with the collets but I don't see a collet chuck or drawbar. Not sure about the electrical panel on the headstock side of the cabinet, might be VFD.
Definitely worth a look.
