If Barrie is too far for "exactly what he wants", your BIL is just stringing you along and doesn't really want one. That little baby looks awesome! If I were you, I'd go look at it in person and buy it yourself on the spot if it checks out. Then flip it (or keep it) if he turns it down.
 
I would gladly buy it right now, but you do realize that’s an 8 hour round trip.
I am trying to see if I can get someone to pick it up for me. And then I’ll make arrangements to get it down here.
