Link to a video of a guy that sharpens endmills, reamers etc. with a tool & cutter grinder.
Guy has some nice tools, knows how to use them and is pretty good at explaining what and why he's doing things !
Several good videos from this guy.

It was the authors choice to prevent viewing his videos from other websites. That's just his, way of protecting his content. Unnecessary in my opinion, but his call.
