A Precimax lathe about that size was the first lathe my father bought in the late sixties when he started his machine shop. It was an excellent machine with an amazing selection of threads it could cut.
 
$4000.00 and pretty well equipped. It's 220v 3phase, so it doesn't get much easier than that. Somebody here must be looking to up their game.... I wish I had the space and need.:rolleyes:
