My pump doesn't have the spring, but same color scheme hoist. It was extremely slow and didn't appear to be leaking.

After I filled it up(and it was low lol) it's much quicker and goes up a foot or so higher

That one actually looks to be in excellent shape.
 
I was told that the plunger with the spring is the quick lift to take up the slack and then the smaller plunger behind that does the heavy/slow lifting.
A flipper will probably double or triple his/her money on it.

Yeah easily sell for $150-200. Hopefully someone that can use it buys it and saves their backs.
