Sad really how an otherwise good machine can get abused with just improper storage or transportation vs a can of Cosmoline & a tarp?
The dent could be fender bender or also maybe sign of improper sling job. I'd check that the rods didn't get squeezed/bent
The oil leak streams from HS is interesting. Maybe the machine was at some angle?
I want the <edit> tailstock, the rest you can have LOL

Pretty sure it fell on it's face at some point. Take a good look at the breakage of the cross feed handle, posted above.
I'd put my nickel bet on that it all went haywire at once!
