Norton surface grinder

Found a Norton-Asquith surface grinder on auction, Landsborough Auction, Nov 12 closing date. Sitting at 42.50, pick up in Simco. It is a 208v 3 phase with some wheels. Also a King 10-22 lathe at 1300.00, and a mill-drill at 650.00. The surface grinder would be a steal even for parts if it's not in good shape.
