Agreed, but 2000 seems pricey for that size and quality of lathe. It sold for 650 plus the GST and fees so pretty good buy for someone.
 
Yeah, I think the 650 is a very good price - maybe I should have bought it and just placed it on another auction to gamble it sells again for $2000... or maybe there were just two strange people that way, way over priced these things. For me these are just old a bit over sized mini lathes. Should not be worth more then $1000.
