Yes, but is it still square, looks like it has a few years on it.
If I ordered it from them and it was a bit off, is there a way to correct or fix it?

Yeah, you find a guy with a big enough, and high enough accuracy Cylinder Square (plus a surface table to match) and you check it against that.

Adjustments and tweaks, amount to anything from hammer and anvil work, to using a cylindrical lap to produce a square and straight edge.

Personally, I figure I can buy a New square that comes with some certainty of it's accuracy, for less that that one is listed for. But if I got it cheap enough (I think my idea of Cheap Enough, is NOWHERE near the vendors!), I would not hesitate to grab it an make the best use I could out of it, regardless of condition.
