It‘s come down to $6k, but that’s still a lot for a mill, around here. They might find someone closer to $4k, who can see the value of the work they/someone’s put in, but… $2k will quite reliably get you a decent mill, in this part of Ontario, and you can occasionally do better (the one I scooped for work for $400 was a bit of an exception).
